Is Microsoft 365 always the right choice?

For most businesses it is, because email, files and meetings sit in one place and work from anywhere. It is not free though, and the cost per user adds up. If you are a sole trader with one mailbox and no shared files, a simpler mail service may genuinely be enough. Some organisations also prefer Google Workspace, which does much the same job with a different feel. We are not tied to either, so if 365 is the wrong fit we will say so.
